Scallywags International needs two temporary employees for WonderCon, March 29-31 in Anaheim. Each employee must be able to work 12 hours during open exhibit hours (noon-7 p.m. Friday, 10-7 p.m. Saturday and 10-5 p.m. Sunday). Pay includes a percentage of all sales, plus one badge into the show.
Duties include answering basic questions about what Scallywags International does (Commissioned Comic, Hello With Cheese, The Monster Alphabet, Postumo, Scurvy Dogs), selling stuff and putting up with Dern.
First employee must be willing to carry a boom box on his/her shoulder, playing an exclusive playlist of 1990s hip hop.
Second employee must announce Dern’s entrance into any room or when he returns to the booth with the statement “Here comes the dern, here comes the dern, here comes the dern.” Beatboxing is a plus.
Applicants will be hired based on availability and freestyle dancing ability, especially if you can serve someone.
